Sign in securely and provide your contact details, including the mobile number that will receive calls.
2. Select a package and sign the contract
Choose the number of extensions and minutes you need. Review the full price and service terms, then accept the contract at final checkout.
3. Automatic account setup
After contract and payment confirmation, PrisonTel uses its protected PrisonTel / ZaVoiP PBX integration to create the customer account, provision the included extensions to your registered mobile number and add the purchased minute credit.
4. Landline number allocation
Tell us your preferred UK area code during checkout. PrisonTel then assigns an available landline number as close as possible to that preference, subject to numbering rules and availability.
5. Receive calls on your mobile
Your mobile rings normally. Your existing mobile number and normal service are unchanged.
